HMC Bridal Terms & Conditions

1. Consultation Policy

Consultations are by appointment only.

All bridal consultations at HMC Bridal require advance booking. A consultation fee may apply and is non-refundable. This fee secures your appointment time, design discussion, and professional guidance.

During the consultation, we discuss:
    •    Design ideas and inspiration
    •    Fabric options
    •    Measurements (where applicable)
    •    Timelines and pricing estimates

Please note:
    •    Consultation fees are not deducted from the final garment price unless otherwise stated.
    •    Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
    •    Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

2. Ordering & Production Policy

HMC Bridal offers bespoke and made-to-order garments.

Once an order is confirmed:
    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
    •    Production timelines are discussed during consultation and depend on design complexity and schedule availability.

Please understand:
    •    All gowns are handcrafted.
    •    Timelines are estimates and may vary due to fittings, fabric availability, or design changes requested by the client.

3. Payment Policy

    •    All prices are quoted in advance.
    •    A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
    •    The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
    •    Final payment must be completed before garment collection or delivery.

HMC Bridal reserves the right to pause production if payments are not made as agreed.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our work:
    •    All sales are final.
    •    No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on bespoke or made-to-order garments.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Clients are responsible for attending fittings on time and communicating any concerns promptly.
